Old Timey Tuesdays: Blue Moon of Kentucky

Old Timey Tuesday! You've seen us stand on the "Banks of the Ohio." Now watch Betsy, Ted and Tyler marvel at that "Blue Moon of Kentucky." Written by Bill Monroe in 1946, this classic bluegrass tune was added to the Library of Congress National Recording Registry in 2003. Covered by Elvis Presley, the Stanley Brothers, Patsy Cline, and even Steve Martin, this country toe tapper is truly a piece of American musical history. We do it the traditional way with a slow first verse and chorus and then a double time repeat.
